14-day refund on paid plans

If you are not happy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to a first purchase and to each renewal charge.

After 14 days, a renewal charge is generally non-refundable, but ask anyway. If you were charged for a period you clearly did not use, we will usually refund it.

Free plan

Nothing is charged on the Free plan, so there is nothing to refund.

Question packs

Unused question packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If some questions have been used, we refund the unused portion.

Question packs work only while you are on a paid plan. They carry over every month and follow you when you change plans. When your paid plan ends, we refund the questions left in them automatically, at the price you paid. Moving to Free ends your paid plan.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your paid access until the end of the paid period. Your monthly questions do not carry over past that point. Unused question packs are refunded when your paid plan ends.

How to request a refund

Email support@get-arena.ai from the address on your account and state which charge. We will usually reply within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period.
